A hazy peach coloured body with a foamy, creamy white head.

Sweet fruit and floral aromas with plenty of Belgian yeast burst into the nose. The taste is malty and flowery. Honey and grainy flavours too. Lively carbonation. Rich full mouthfeel. Buttery texture but good drinkability. The 10 % alcohol doesn't get in the way.

Dry herbs and hops come along in the aftertaste.

An excellent dessert beer and yet another wonderful brew from the Mad Brewers.

Boskeun is the nickname of Jo, one of the two Dolle Brouwers, Mad Brewers who preferred to brew blond beer at home. It is a special Easter beer, one of the first real Belgian Easter beers.

It has been brewed with pale malt, Golding hops, Mauritian cane sugar and Mexican honey. Refermentation in the bottle.

It's a seasonal beer, the brewery suggests not to keep it eternally.

The name Boskeun means rabbit of the wood (in West-Flanders-dialect) and the label shows it, sampling the last brew.
