A straw-yellow coloured beer with a huge thick head and strong retention.
Aroma is green apple sour with some subtle sweet notes.
Sparkling Champagne-like bubbles up from the bottom of the glass.
Taste is again green apple sour to begin with and more sweet as it goes through the palate.
Yeast is quite subtle and body quite light.

Dry but smooth and refreshing finish. This is a very easy drinking and enjoyable lambic-geuze.

Geuze, a mixture of old and young Lambic.

The young Lambic is added to cause a refermentation in the bottle making for a delightfully beer that has been likened, in all seriousness, to Champagne.
