The aromas are nice and funky, sweet and sour, some citrus, spice, barnyard and yeast.
Taste is citrus, with sour, iron, sugar sweetness and a crisp spicyness in the finish.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation.
Spontaneous fermentation and refermented in the bottle. Corked bottle.
