Brewery Note :

A golden peach-lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste.

Tasting Note :

A clear cider-yellow coloured body with a disappearing white-ish and bubbly head.

As with other fruit-brews from Lindemans, the nose is all fruit, fruit, fruit !
In this case : peach.

The same goes for the taste, ripe peaches full of their sweet juices.
The mouthfeel is light and sparkling, but smooth. Champagne-like ?? No alcohol.
No real lambic features noticeable untill maybe some bite in the back.

A 100% fruitbeer and a good thirstquencher if served cool between 3-4°C.
