A cloudy deep-red purple colour with a dense pink head and good lacing left in the glass.
The aroma is a fruity smell of blackcurrant and forest berries.
The flavour too is mainly the blackcurrant, syrup and cassis with little sourness to speak of.
Medium to full bodied and highly carbonated.
Some notes of lambic-crispness in the aftertaste.

An enjoyable dessert beer if served cold enough (3-4°C).
