Tasting Note :

Pours a brilliant ruby amber with a frothy one inch off-white head. So much fresh raspberry in the nose, hard to believe that this is an authenticly produced lambic. Just a light touch of cellar funkiness. The flavor is bursting with raspberry, zero acidity, this is crazy drinkable. Only slightly funky. Medium bodied with a touch of clingy fruit and perfect spritzy carbonation. A wonderfully drinkable beer!

Girardin Framboise is made by adding raspberries to Lambik.

Only available in 0.375 L bottles.

Spontaneous fermentation and re-fermented in the bottle. Corked bottle.

Tip for keeping your brew in great condition : if you want to store, it is best to keep them in a dark place between 10° and 15°C (50-59°F).
