'The skotch from the Ardennes'

Mahogany brown body with reddish hues when held into the light.
The head is foamy and has an appealing cuppuccino colour.
The nose is initially dark fruits and caramel malts followed shortly behind by spices, light hops and some chocolate. In all, very creamy and full mouthfeel with a good level of carbonation.

This Mc Chouffe shorly has some Scottish ale features. Great drinkability despite its warming 8% vol. Finishes well-balanced with a slight bitter-hop end.
Store the bottles vertically in a cold place, sheltered from light.
The yeast deposit can either be drunk or left in the bottle according to taste.

All natural beer, bottle refermented, unfiltered, not pasteurised and without any additives.

Served best in its Mc Chouffe chalise-glass. Cheers !
