Mahogany brown colour with a big beige head and solid head retention.

A malty caramel nose with some hints of dark fruits. As in the smell, the taste is malty along with caramel and toffee candy. Little alcohol noticeable. The carbonation is lively, but is not disturbing. Nuances of smoked oak and chocolate cake in the back palate.

A bit of yeast in the drying finish wraps this beer up.
