Reddish brown abbey dubbel with a large beige head.
Fruity and yeasty aroma with malty undertones. First, there's a sweetness in the form of chocolate taste, but also some nice sourness and bitterness towards the finish. A full-bodied living abbey beer which means the beer continues to evolve during the 2nd fermentation in the bottle.

It is said that the monks ate or drank nothing other than their Dubbel during Lent. So you can survive very well on this special beer.
