Golden coloured ale with a snowwhite, firm and lasting head.
The aroma of flowers and coriander with high yeastiness. The taste too, is yeast with a light hoppy bitterness and a high alcohol presence all the way.
Lots of carbonation and full bodied. Surprisingly, there's a fruity touch of apple and pear in the aftertaste.
Topfermentation and re-fermented in the bottle.

This brew was made in rememberance of the Guldensporenslag, 700 years ago.
