A complex nose of orange, pineapple, flowers and yeast pleases you. The same can be said about the flavour. Well-rounded mouthfeel and balanced sweetness of fruitsalad and malts. Medium body with a fair amount of carb. Mouthwarming is a good word to describe the alcohol presence. Quite an amazing finish of delicate bitterness together with fruits and vanilla. I think anything they brew at Sint Bernardus is a must try !

This tripel definately belongs on My Favourites list.

In 2003 Sint-Bernardus Tripel won the Gold Medal at the World Beer Championships in Chicago, USA.
Water, pumped up from a depth of 150 meter is the basis of all Sint Bernardus beers. This water is not only the purest but has also a historical background. Scientists have proved that the water that is pumped up now, is originating from rainfall from the time of Jeanne d'Arc.
