Deep golden body with a large dense off-white head.

The nose is a mixture of fruit, grains and hops. The first impression is a fruity taste, also raisins that evolve into herbal hops. I find a good balance between the sweet fruit and the hop bitternes later on. The carbonation is alive and crisp. Full-bodied and plenty of Belgian hops. A dry finish with a spicy and tart aftertaste.

A true summertime caracter-beer. Top-fermentation and refermented in the bottle.
