Beautiful amber-orange ale with a small beige head.

Spicy aroma, a bit lambic-like, sour apple fruitiness. Rich. Very interesting bitter taste with quite some carb at work. Light bodiness, with medium alcohol presence. Tastefull malty aftertaste come to mind with a dry tart finish. Suprising and complex and will be even richer after a couple of years.
