Complex nose of orange to citrus fruit, with spices and herbs. The taste is fresh-sweet and peppery. Sparkling-high carb and quite fullbodied. Let's me think of a decent tripel.

The finish is bitter-dry, combined with that nice warm feeling of alcohol in the aftertaste.
