A straw coloured, medium sized creamy head. The foam is quickly disappearing though.

Fresh hoppy and wheaty nose. A really nice taste of malts and yeast with some peppery notes too.Medium mouthfeel and little fizz.
The finish is hoppy and dry.

The beerstyle says it's a Belgian White, I like to think of it as a Wallonian Saison and some beerfans call it a Duvel, or a tripel...

The brewery claims to only use the basic materials and no other ingredients enter into the beer's composition.

Caracterfull and refreshing brew !
