Hapkin has a fresh, flowery hop aroma, thanks to the Haaz hops. Lots of carb., very spritzy with medium body. Some fruity flavour and yeasty spicyness. Good dry bitterness and floral hops in the finish. Not a lot of surprises, but still a decent Belgian ale. Refermentation in the bottle.
