Hazy orangewith a large, creamy beige head.

Aroma of green apples, yeast and candy sugar. Sweet honey and again the same candied sugar taste. Also some hop bitterness noticeable. Medium carb. Medium texture. Long lasting bitterness. This is a well balanced, good drinking brew.
Gouyasse Tripel is brewed solely from 4 top quality ingredients (water, malt, hop and yeast).
Refermented in the bottle.

The Gouyasse Tripel is the only tripel in Belgium that is all malt, without any sugar or additives in. Everyone else uses some sugar to thin out their tripels, which give them alcohol, without the body that you normally get from malt.

This beer can be kept in the cellar (shielded from light) for up to 4 years. It will become a better beer as time goes by. Keep it upright so that the yeast deposit remains adhered to the bottom of the bottle.
