Straw coloured ale with a huge, rocky thick white head. Yeasty aroma with hints of fruit (apples, pear, grapes). Carbonation is huge with a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel.
Fruity, yeasty and peppery taste in a very subtle way. Crisp, spritsy freshness. The alcohol sneaks up on you, the 8.5 % isn't really noticed, until you about to finish the bottle. Long lasting and very dry.
