Blanche de Haute Valeur (BHV), brewed at Cantillon Brewery April 21st 2008 with the collaboration of Yvan Debaets from Brewery De La Senne.

How will a high fermentation beer ferment in the environment of a Lambic brewery where wild yeasts prevail ?

Only 1000 bottles of this 4% white beer – gueuze with elderberry blossoms where brewed.

Belgiuminabox could get hold of a small batch of them.

An outstanding brew and we hope Cantillon will make this one a regular in their line.
